What makes CashTrail unique?

  • CashTrail has been developed specifically for the non-profit sector and in particular, projects.
  • It has removed all financial jargon to assist non-financial managers and makes charity fund reporting accessible.
  • It contains a cash reconciliation function that is absent from commercial systems. Emergencies are cash driven; as a result the cash reconciliation is a critical control to ensure the completeness of financial expenditure reports. This process is required and recorded within CashTrail. Otherwise, the Donor must rely on the non profit to manually complete the process.
