For the service we provide to non-profit organisations, they pay us a small fee on your donation. As payment of your donation is made promptly to the relevant non-profit organisation, we regret that we can only refund a donation if the non-profit organisation expressly requests it, and they can pay us back. If you are seeking refund of a donation made, please contact the non-profit organisation directly.

Our site enables you to donate to any of the non-profit organisations listed. Each such non-profit organisation featured has a contractual agreement with us authorising us to collect donations and (where relevant) reclaim Gift Aid on its behalf under the UK Government’s Gift Aid Scheme. All non-profit organisations which are charities must be registered with the Charities Commission or be exempt from registration in order for us to reclaim Gift Aid on their behalf.
